Reaching Outward

1.     Emphasize mission as the essence of our church. Nurture a how-can-we-help attitude

2.     Equip our church to be effective in God's Missional work. 

3.     Commit our church to be visible, sacrificial and faithful in helping others to develop a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Be serious about evangelism. 

4.     Expand our church's missional partnerships with other churches and organizations.  

Looking Upward 

5.     Pray more as a church with focus and passion in community empowered by the Holy Spirit. 

6.     Emphasize more intimate, life-relevant and God-present church worship.

7.     Commit more time to celebrate and joyfully praise successes and honor and glorify God. 

Maturing Inward 

8.     Emphasize personal spiritual development for all church members. Be serious about discipleship. 

9.     Teach our church how to experience, respond to, and apply biblical truth and relevancy in our personal lives and relationships.

10.    Create a church ministry of friendliness and hospitality extending God's Grace.

11.    Create a better balance of audience-oriented and face-to-face (mentoring, small groups) church ministries.

  12.    Evaluate the effectiveness of our church's organizational, financial, and lay leader development structures in relation to and alignment with our mission and vision.
