Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir sings weekly on Sundays during Traditional Worship at 10:45 a.m. from September to May. The choir also prepares for a combined music ministry Christmas Concert in December as well as an annual Palm Sunday Concert, featuring choral/orchestral masterpieces. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30 p.m. Choir is open to EVERYONE who has ever wanted to sing- all ages are encouraged! Prior choral experience is very helpful, but the only requirement is the desire to make a joyful noise to the Lord as we lead His people in worship. New members are always welcome. Rehearsals begin again on September 4, 2013.

 

 

The Summer Choir sings weekly on Sunday mornings in July and August. Each Sunday that the choir is scheduled to sing, we will meet in the choir room at 10 a.m., prior to the Traditional Service and prepare a simple anthem and introit for worship that day. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate, with neither choral experience nor commitment to continue in the fall required. The Summer Choir singing schedule is as follows:
