Choose one of these fun sports: Soccer for 6 – 12 year old boys and girls; Basketball for 8 – 12 year old boys and girls; Cheer for 6 – 12 year old girls only Every Camper receives: Camp t – shirt • Daily Snack • Daily Take Home Bible Materials Camp Fees: If registered by May 16, 2008: 1st child in Family: $73; Each additional child in Family: $68 per child If registered after May 16, 2008: $80 per child Register at St. Andrew’s, Sunday, April 13 and Sunday, April 20, 2008, from 9:30 am – 10:45 am, during Connections Time, in Gospel Hall located outside of the Library on the Southwest Campus. To register by mail, beginning April 13, 2008 please follow all 4 steps: 1. Print your Sports Camp Registration Forms by clicking Here 2. Completely fill out Registration Form (2 pages). Please be sure to sign the second page. 3. Mail Registration Forms, along with a check made payable to St. Andrew’s, to:
