Refugee Ministry

Opportunities abound for us to reach out to refugee families who are being resettled in Tucson. Some ways you can get involved are:

1. Be part of a group adopting a refugee family… assisting them to adjust to life in the U.S. in practical, tangible ways;

2. Help furnish an apartment for a newly arriving family;

3. Throw a baby shower to help provide the necessities for a young refugee mom;

4. Help a refugee learn English….materials and guidance are available;

5. Help refugee children with their homework;

6. Donate furniture or household items
