If you have not already gone to the RealOne website do so  by clicking here.

The free version is way up in the upper right hand corner. It says "Free RealOne Player". Click on that link.

 

On this next page the link is about 2/3 of the way down on the right hand side and says "Download the Free RealOne Player". Click on it.

 

Now be patient and let it do it's thing. After a minute or so it will start the download. If for some reason it stops of something interrupts it click on "Restart Download to get it going again.

 

After it is finished downloading (it may take up to an hour depending on your connection) it will automatically start the install process. Just follow the instructions. Use the express install option. Accept their conditions. This is normal. Pick the type of modem you have and click next. It will copy files. For default player check them all unless you know of some other player you use. Click on Finish. You can watch their website advertising or just close it. Close the download manager and you are in business.
