ORDER OF ST. LUKE TUCSON CHAPTER
Do you believe Jesus Christ still heals today? The
International Order of St. Luke the Physician (OSL) members believe
healing is an essential part of the teaching and practice of our Lord
Jesus Christ, and that He heals today just as He did when our Lord
walked the earth two centuries ago.
OSL is an interdenominational Christian order of
faith, prayer and service. The Order believes that God uses many
avenues for healing, some spiritual and some medical, when we pray to
Him in Jesus’ name with the prayer of faith.
We fervently believe and practice James 5:13-16: “Are
any among you suffering? They should pray. Are any cheerful? They
should sing songs of praise. Are any among you sick? They should call
the elders of the church and have them pray over them, anointing them
with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will save the
sick, and the Lord will raise them up, and anyone who has committed sins
will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray
for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of the righteous
is powerful and effective.”
OSL has chapters worldwide.
OSL meets the first Thursdays each month at
10:30 am in the Garden Room
of the Chapel.
The services include welcome and prayer, hymns of
praise, scripture reading and prayer, teaching, Holy Communion, prayer
teams of trained, commissioned intercessors who will pray on your behalf
at your request. ALL ARE WELCOME. COME “JUST AS YOU ARE,” AND BE
SPIRITUALLY REFRESHED.
