How does God Spiritually Shape Us?

This summer sermon series will be a soft roll out of my vision of leadership. I will immediately but discreetly set up the assumption that a healthy church does not have superstar pastors but pastors who help facilitate superstar people. The assumption of this series will be that leadership starts with God shaping peoples hearts through culture, call, community, communion, conflict, and commonplace. This will be based on the work, A Work of the Heart, by Reggie McNeal. It will be a case study of Gods heart shaping and leadership shaping of Moses, David, Paul and Peter.
